Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received—unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at contact-us@aworldofthings.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

A flat $5 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return processing and shipping costs, except in cases where an incorrect item was sent, or the item arrived damaged or materially not as described.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Final sale items — not all discounted items are final sale. Items marked as “final sale” will be clearly identified on the individual product page.

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received—unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

A flat $7 return fee applies to EU returns unless the item was sent incorrectly, arrived damaged, or is materially not as described.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, minus the applicable $5 return fee.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
