A vibrant and authentic strand of vintage Mali Wedding beads, featuring a joyful assortment of antique and mid-century glass in mixed shapes, stripes, twists, and colors. Several beads show strong green fluorescence under UV light due to natural uranium content, while others glow warm orange under UV, consistent with cadmium-based glass used in older Bohemian and Venetian production.

The strand appears to have been recently restrung, most likely in North Africa, using metal wire and a modern toggle clasp. This is typical for bead sellers and traders in the region, who reassemble older bead collections into wearable necklaces while keeping the original beads intact. The restrung construction makes it durable for modern wear while preserving the historical elements.
