Beautiful vintage 1987 Great Falls Metal Works earrings featuring luminous oval mabe pearls set in simple sterling silver bezels.

The pearls have wonderful natural-looking iridescence, shifting through silvery blue, aqua, soft pink and lavender tones as they catch the light. Their high domed profiles give the earrings considerably more presence than conventional pearl studs, while the clean, understated silver settings keep the focus entirely on the pearls.

A particularly attractive example of late-1980s artisan pearl jewelry with a minimalist design that remains very wearable today.
