This first-period design features an openwork heart frame with rope edge detailing, cast floral accents, and two bright aqua blue glass heart stones set within. The construction is characteristic of early contractor production from approximately 1952–1955, when pieces were heavier cast, richly plated, and more artisan in appearance than the later catalog jewelry the brand became known for.

The heart shaped stones are glue-set faceted glass, typical of early imported Czech/West German glass used in Sarah’s earliest designs. The back shows the textured casting and impressed SARAH mark consistent with this short early production window
